Dr. Anna Pignol

Dr. Anna Pignol graduated from the University of North Dakota with her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and is a Registered Psychologist practicing in Clinical and Health Psychology.
Her clinical areas of interest include: anxiety disorders, behavioural difficulties, mood disorders/depression, anger, coping with stress, grief, school refusal, emotional regulation, ADHD, parenting, coping with illness or injury, communication and relationship difficulties, motor vehicle injury, sleep difficulties, and learning disabilities.
Dr. Pignol provides therapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults. Her therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive, Behavioural (CBT), Mindfulness, and Interpersonal approaches.
Please note that as of August 1, 2019, Dr. Pignol will only be providing services through video therapy to adolescents and adults until which time she is able to provide in person services. Clients can access video therapy through the use of their own computer or may come into the office for access through the clinic.
