Jenna Didemus

Ms. Didemus is a warm and empathetic therapist who works passionately to help individuals navigate life's difficulties. After completing her degree in Psychology from Brock University she obtained her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Western University.
Ms. Didemus has worked with individuals who experience concerns related to anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, domestic violence, learning difficulties and general wellness. She has extensive experience working with young adults on the transition to post secondary schooling. She works from a multidisciplinary approach and uses aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. 
Ms. Didemus works from a client centered approach and focuses on the individual's goals and needs.
